Agreement

By using vector-cloudcore.digital or requesting services from Vector Cloudcore Trade Marketing, you agree to these terms. If you are requesting work on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

Services described

This site describes trade marketing execution tracking services: in-store audits, promotional display tracking, field team performance monitoring, trade program compliance checks, POS material verification, and retail coverage reporting. Descriptions are informational. A signed scope or quotation defines the binding deliverables for any engagement.

No online checkout

We do not sell products or process payments through this website. Any fees are agreed separately in writing and invoiced according to that agreement.

Quotes and proposals

Quotes are based on door counts, visit frequency, geography, checklist complexity, and reporting cadence. Quotes remain valid for the period stated in the proposal. Material changes to door lists or timelines may require a revised fee.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate door lists, campaign calendars, planograms or checklist criteria, and any retailer access letters required for store visits. Delays in providing materials may shift visit windows and reporting dates.

Field access and safety

Our teams follow retailer house rules and applicable Thai law. We may decline or postpone visits where access is refused, conditions are unsafe, or required permissions are missing. Such events are documented in the visit record.

Intellectual property

Photo evidence and reports produced under a paid engagement are licensed to you for internal trade, sales, and finance use as stated in the statement of work. Our methods, checklists templates (except your proprietary criteria), and website content remain our property unless otherwise agreed.

Acceptable use of the website

You may not misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content for competing services, or submit unlawful or abusive material. We may block access that harms the site or other users.

Limitation of liability

Website content is provided as general information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of publicly available pages. Liability for contracted field work is governed by the applicable statement of work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith; unresolved matters may be brought before courts in Bangkok.
