What Bangkok Trade Meetings Need From Field Data

Weekly trade stand-ups in Bangkok HQ often drown in dashboards. The useful pack is shorter: overall execution score, build versus sustain for live promos, and the ten lowest-scoring doors by banner.

Narrative still matters. A two-paragraph note explaining why a cluster of stores in Bang Bon underperformed—access issues, delayed kit delivery, or agency swap—beats a heat map with no context.

When coverage reporting is written for the meeting, not the archive, sales managers leave with calls to make. That is the point of tracking execution: fewer surprises on the floor, faster decisions upstairs.
